‘What if…?’ Season 2 Will Bring More Marvel Multiversal Madness in Early 2023

though-provoking series What If…? season 2 will land on Disney Plus in early 2023, Marvel said during its animation panel at San Diego Comic-Con on Friday. The series, which started last year, takes us into alternate realities in which maximum MCU moments play out differently.

The second season will aboard episodes about Thor: Ragnarok villain Hela, Odin fighting The Mandarin, Captain Carter encountering Winter Soldier, and Tony Stark having an adventure with Valkyrie and Hulk on Sakaar, according to DiscussingFilm. Panel attendees were treated to a full episode, entitled “What If Captain Carter fought the Hydra Stomper.”

Season 3 was also confirmed to be in the works.

The obliging season ended with the Guardians of the Multiverse, a team of heroes from various timelines forced by the all-seeing Watcher, defeating an Infinity Stone-empowered Ultron.

Also supposed during Friday’s Marvel animation panel were release windows for Marvel Zombies, Spider-Man: Freshman Year and X-Men ’97, along with a trailer for I Am Groot.
